By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on masteryoursong.com’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial), attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on masteryoursong.com’s web site, remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials, or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by masteryoursong.com at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. User Content
Customer is the rightful owner of the stereo final mix and all elements contained therein and warrants that it does not violate any law or infringe upon or violate the rights, including without limitation all copyright rights, of any individual or entity. If Customer is not the rightful owner then they warrant to masteryoursong.com that they have the necessary and required permission/license from the rightful owner to modify and Master the stereo final mix provided by Customer. You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threated or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
Customer agrees to indemnify masteryoursong.com, its agents or assignees and hold them free and harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages or expenses, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any failure or breach by Customer with respect to its user Content as set forth in this Agreement.
4. Responsibility
Masteryoursong.com is not responsible for loss or damages caused by using its services. Customer waives the right to bring any legal action(s) against masteryoursong.com and/or its staff due to any damages or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from Customer’s use of our Mastering or consulting services. Masteryoursong.com is not responsible for errors or omissions from Registering or on the Order Form/Song List made by Customer.
Masteryoursong.com only maintains your tracks for a period of three months following the completion of each project. It is your responsibility to purchase, download and store the mastered tracks within that time period.
5. Payment
We accept payment online through PayPal and by mail with Check or United States Postal
Service Money Order. Check or Money Order must clear the bank before your mastered
audio files are sent to you.
6. Turn Around Time
Turnaround time for Mastering is normally 1 week for 1-4 songs and 2 weeks for an album. In rare instances the turnaround time might be extended do to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to extend our turnaround times.
7. Shipping
Free shipping for Master CD’s sent priority mail with the United States Postal Service. Allow 2-3 days for delivery. International shipping rate charges apply. Allow 6-10 business days for international shipping.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee

After you purchase your mastering package and your song is finished being mastered, it will be sent to you online, in full length for your final approval before being finalized. Let us know within five days if you want any modifications made and we will do up to two revisions for free. If you still are not 100% satisfied, contact us so that we can do our best to resolve your issue. If you selected 2 CD’s, after you give final approval of your mastered song(s), we will mail you the Master Audio CD and Reference Master CD. If you chose the DDP Image Master option, after you give final approval of your mastered song(s), we will send you the DDP-Master online. You are a valued customer and we want you to come back to us for your next song mastering.
Our mastering engineers will do their best to take out flaws, but some stereo final mixes provided by customers have distortions and other problems embedded in the sound wave that can’t be fixed, just made less noticeable. We are not responsible for flaws, distortions or other problems embedded in the final stereo mixes we are given if these imperfections cannot be removed by our mastering engineers.
9. Disclaimer
The materials on masteryoursong.com’s web site are provided “as is”. Masteryoursong.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, masteryoursong.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
10. Limitations
In no event shall masteryoursong.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on masteryoursong.com’s Internet site, even if masteryoursong.com or a masteryoursong.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

j. When ordering you will register to create an account. Through this account, you provide certain types of information such as physical address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date. Without this information, an order cannot be sent through our secure upload server or shipped and/or billed. An email may be sent to you if there is any trouble processing your order, create an account, or to order from us. We use a secure upload server or USPS to deliver your order and a credit card processing company to bill you for those goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store nor use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. This site may at times make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. Caution should be exercised when deciding to disclose personal information. We will not sell, share, nor rent this information to any third party marketer without your express knowledge and consent as outlined in this statement. Customer information may be shared with our parent company, subsidiary or merger partner.
